Locker Sizes & Pricing

Our wine storage lockers are designed to
accommodate customers using our standardized
cardboard storage boxes. Since original wood cases
(OWC) vary in size, we recommend using our boxes
for accurate capacity.

8 Case -$35 per month = $0.36 per bottle per month

16 Case -$60 per month = $0.31 per bottle per month

24 Case -$75 per month = $0.26 per bottle per month

36 Case – $95 per month = $0.23 per bottle per month

We will build to suit any size locker other than that.
Contact us for pricing on custom lockers.

*Case capacity for lockers based on customers using our cardboard
storage boxes as we can’t account for the size of various original
wood cases.

Services & Fees

Inventory Management

We offer professional wine inventory management via CellarTracker.
We’ll catalog your collection and update it as new shipments arrive.

One-time setup fee: $50 (Waived for the first 3 months)

Per bottle inventory fee: $1.00 (Reduced to $0.50/bottle for the first 3 months)

Storage Supplies & Accessories

Storage Boxes – $12 per box (essential for locker capacity; if
keeping original wood cases, a larger locker may be needed).
Padlocks – $20 (required only if using our inventory management
or shipment receiving services).

Our facility is maintained at a constant 55 degrees Fahrenheit, with humidity controlled between
50%-80%, ensuring optimal storage conditions for your wine collection.

For security, our AI-based monitoring system provides complete protection, with interior and exterior
video surveillance. Plus, enjoy the convenience of keyless entry to your locker for easy access.
